I wanted to be able to mount a tray, tote or tabletop to my Dewalt Toughsystem 2.0. Something similar to what is available for the 2.0 DXL or TSTAK. Since nothing was readily available, I designed this clip to make my own. I made two different clips depending on how you want to mount them to the tray/tote/tabletop. The one is countersunk for screws. A #6 drywall screw fits well. The other is for threaded heat set inserts. Based on the inserts I have, the hole will work with an M4 or M5 screw. Your's may vary.
Printed it with Polymaker PETG. 4 walls, 5 top and bottom layers with 30% grid infill. I used the normal(default) support. The clips are plenty strong enough and the layers could be reduced if you want to have them break before the Dewalt clips do. Would probably shy away from PLA since it's in a rough environment. PETG and ABS will do the job well.
The clips fit in the full and half size Dewalt boxes. I found the tray at the local hardware store and it fit perfectly. It's a fiberglass planter tray. Ignore the screws coming through the tray. I plan to replace these clips with the heat set insert style and use pan head screws. The countersunk clips will be used for the wood table top I'm making next.
