The chain of the anchor totally killed the previous one.

Made this one in ABS 100% infill.
Outter diameter is 57mm, the center part of the pulley is 29mm diameter, and the axle 15mm.
Width 44mm.

You have around 7mm of ABS to use before toucing the bolt.

You may have to slice the pulley lowered by 2mm to get rid of a shoulder, so the pulley sit flat on the printbed, then print the remainig 2mm and glue it back with acetone. You'll then prevent warping.
A little acetone treatment might as well be interesting to fill any hole that would get filled with salty water afterward.
