This is the wall mount from devsfan1830 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3725450) extended to also hold the HMD underneath the controller docking port made by kni8_2k (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3160344). It also has a gap to route a full sized power cable to the controllers. 
The index HMD is quite heavy, so I printed the wall mount with full infill, but that proved to be quite the overkill. Fewer perimiters and some dense infill will do the job just fine. Printed with black PLA, 0.2mm layer height.

The top and bottom part is held together by M4 countersunk skrews, mounted to the wall by M3.5 skrews. I recommend using washers to skrew the bottom mount to the wall, dont use countersunk skrews like me, it puts unreasonable high stress on the layers.
