Summary
A combo dock that holds both an Apple Watch and iPhone. It uses the Apple iPhone dock (http://store.apple.com/us/product/MGRM2/iphone-lightning-dock) as an insert to hold the phone. There's also a version that includes a cutout to hold an Apple TV remote that can be created with the OpenSCAD file.

2015.06.27: The models have been updated to fit the charging puck and Apple iPhone dock better. If you downloaded them prior to today, you should redownload them again.
You need an Apple iPhone dock (http://store.apple.com/us/product/MGRM2/iphone-lightning-dock) for this model. It does not work as an iPhone dock without it. The Apple dock fits into it. See the photos for examples. The ledge on the watch stand is to hold the Apple Watch in a horizontal position in support of the new WatchOS 2 Nightstand mode.
There are several versions included as STL files, including models with low and high watch stand. You can also create a version with a slot for the Apple TV remote (on the larger version) by using the included OpenSCAD file.
The only difference (other than the remote slot) between the versions is the space between the watch stand and the phone dock section, and the height of the watch stand.
There are cutouts on the bottom to hold rubber feet to help make it slide around less on smooth surfaces. I use Ace 3/16" round vinyl feet, but any kind that fits would work. You could also make the feet cutouts bigger with OpenSCAD, or remove them entirely.
You'll need to use support for the ledge, but if possible don't include support anywhere else because it can be hard to remove from inside the cable guide in the watch stand and base. I use Simplify3D to generate my gcode files, which lets me manually place support only where I want it. You can also print a version without a ledge if you want the watch to sit vertically by using the OpenSCAD file.
You can create any of these, or other variations, with the included OpenSCAD file. It's mostly, but not entirely, parametric, but some changes will require changing hardcoded values in the code as well so be careful with large changes.
Sizing is important for snug fit of the charging puck, Apple dock, and remote, so you may need to scale the model up or down depending on your printer and filament. The models here are designed with very tight tolerances; if your printer over-extrudes at all, or if your filament is thicker than standard sizes, the holes will likely be too small to fit the charging puck and dock. If necessary, you can fix this by scaling up 1-2% when slicing.
I recommend printing 0.2mm, with a 20-25% infill.
