Summary
So I have a breaker from Aldi however the handle used to tighten the grip was too large to fit into the case when attached. So I made a version that was shorter but still nice and chunky to give a good grip.
Designed in OnShape with some parameters to control it's appearance.
v1 = very flat handle shown in photo
v2 = chunky handle (13.1mm nut flats distance)
v3 = chunky central handle (13.2mm nut flats distance)

Because of the lower rounding you may need active cooling.
Post-Printing
Drill through hole
Because the hole is printed upside down I tend to close it completely which allows the bridge to work nicely and then simply drill out the bridged area afterwards.
