The Wingspan should be around 1800 mm.
At the moment I am working on the first test prints on my Prusa.

Reworks on the cockpit...

So far the bottom part of the cockpit has around 63g.
The white spots are from the bad CA Glue Activator.

Progress is going slow at the moment, but I managed to print a first wing part with infill by merging the stl-files in Cura. The Airfoil I use is a "Clark Y" (http://airfoiltools.com/airfoil/details?airfoil=clarky-il)
It is kinda hard to keep the stl-files up to date on Thingiverse, because I do a lot of small changes. If someone is already interested in the parts just message me, maybe I open up a Dropbox or something like that.

Still working on the Fuselage, but I made some progress.

Made a first attempt with the Wings.
Not sure if it works out well like that, but it´s a first try.

Its been a while. Work kept me bussy.
I printed the first wing, but I made it bigger than it should be for the scale.
I hope to get better lift and gliding abilities with more wingsurface.
The Cockpit-Hood seems to work good. (A small Hook in the front and a M3 screw in the back. Fits nice and snuggly).
I also plan to make a "maintenance hood" for the wings to make wiring easyer and maybe attach the wings with screws, so they can be replaced more easy. But thats a feature for the future.

Hey guys,
it seems i cant make any progress at the moment. Work and private stuff kept me busy.
Maybe i stacked a bit too high on this project.
Will upload a Soliworks-File of a slightly smaller version.

Smaller Version (Wingspann: 1400 mm) is progressing.
Planing to make it a V-Tail controlled plane only.
Figured out how to slice this model with the PrusaSlicer.
