I've made this mount because I didn't feel right with the original 45º mount. The filament got stuck inside between the MMU and the extruder because of the curve of the PTFE tube.

In the bed you can see another mounts with 70º, but I didn't feel confortable with the PTFE tube when the extrusor was high, so finally I printed a 60º and 2.5cm length.
 

The inner bar on the left module is made to keep the cable touching the frame and keep hidden from the front. I've moved the control panel to the bottom. There is no real right or left sides.

Note: I've swapped the PTFE tube with a 4 OD*3 ID.
