Girls, go ahead, roll your eyes and ask "Why don't you just get pants that fit?" It's a guy thing.

Provided are 3 sizes. I recommend starting with the "Standard" and size up or down if necessary. It needs to be a tight fit to stay put, so you should just barely be able to get it on the back of your shoe.
