I made this in TinkerCad. Its orientation was wrong there due to the design process in TinkerCad, so I had to rotate, center it, etc in ReplicatorG. This was made for my 5 year old, so the handle is a bit short.

Print it out and then string thin wire through the openings and tighten it down.

My wire (shown) seems a bit too thick.
