This is a lazy disk I designed as a challenge for myself. For an amateur mechanical design, it performed quite well. Its noise is a bit loud, and it's not very easy to spin freely, but it rotates quite smoothly.
I would like to receive feedback to improve this design. Should I add installation holes so that you can fix it to other objects? Should the top be solid or have a ring? Currently, it has a "front-facing" design. Is it necessary to conduct engineering design to eliminate this issue?
I know there are other lazy disc designs on the market, but I want to try designing my own disc with dynamic components.
Features:
Use roller bearings to reduce noise.
A maximum of 16 bearings can be used
Completely closed off.
The overlapping seams of the top cover prevent spills.
The shell structure is tightly sealed and won't easily come apart, but it will rotate when it comes into contact with the human body.
