Summary

I made a checklist for the 12mm labeling tape from brother (P-touch). The Labels have the dimension 12*50mm.
You can print the sliders in multicolor (like in the pikture) or print the backside in a different color.
I printed with 15% infill, no support, 2 walls and 4 bottom/top layers.
