Another T096 case.... Trying to make the smallest, most functional case. This one is shorter than the modular line and houses a 1000mah spicy pillow, possibly a 2000mah. 

These are all in the alpha phase, just wanted to whip something up for this new device.

Please offer advice, changes, makes and print settings. I've created all these in tinkercad sooooo... yeah. 

I don't have specific print settings as these are all prototypes and quick prints. I recommend PETG or anything stronger than silk PLA.

My current settings are .6mm nozzle @ .16mm layer height. .3mm prints okay. 

The tolerances are pretty tight, the USB side slides in first at a 45deg angle and then the antenna side pops in.

• Battery compartment based off of 603449 Lipo (actual compartment dimensions 58L 42.75W 7D) 

• M3x20mm and 4 nuts or threaded inserts 

• Three piece case. Cover, Mid, Back Plus 2 buttons 

Short button sits flush or slightly below the cover, 

+1mm button, well it sits higher. 

Hardware 

M3 nuts and bolts. Just what I had laying around. Made for socket caps but flat countersunk looks pretty good. Might have to trim some of the bolts or do your own. Threaded inserts might be the way to go here. let me know!?!
