This is a clone of the Mobeartec button box. (i based it on pictures and dimensions so it is not perfectly the same)

Mount the button box with Vesa 100 or with M6 bolts.

Glue the halfs together with super glue and tighten the bolts at the back to put it together. I used insert nuts in the front plates. You can easily put them in place with a soldering iron.

I used an Arduino Mega and Simhub for the code and the scheme for the electronics.

The holes for the small toggle switches and encoders are smaller so you can buy other part if you want. You have to bore them out.

I also created a sticker to download.
