I found this model on Thingiverse as STL files. I wanted to create a profile here that could just be one tap printing.
I've printed this fine and it came out nicely. Most plates can be printed without supports. I've oriented them to keep the parts that go together on the same plate, where possible. Also added supports for critical regions as most don't need supports. Feel free to change to your taste though.
I included the dowels I made and used and the STL if you need to make adjustments. I made them using PETG but that's not necessary, I just felt extra and had some PETG to use. It should be the correct number of dowels you need.
You will need to post process it. See images for how mine looks before doing this.
Please see images for guidance on assembly.
Here's a list of other items I bought for post processing:
Acrylic Paint
120 Grit and 220 Grit sandpaper
2 x cans of Filler Primer
Hot Glue gun and Glue
1kg Volden Natural Ready Mixed Wood Filler
Paint Brushes
Enjoy :)
