Balcony door handle mounted outside (from garden or balcony side). I've mounted this to prevent cats to escape.
You will need two small screws to fix it (like screw for wood if the frame is made of plastic). I don't recommend to use adhesive tape - it will not work:) I think.
I used PLA and added a brim around components. Supports are needed when printing the main part - file bryła1. File body14 is just a cover for screws. It's easy to mount and dismount without any tools.
