This machine is designed to use steel balls with a diameter of 8mm as marbles. If your printer is well-calibrated, the machine can print them completely without the need for supports. The 8mm steel balls also work well, but I've also included a printable marble for use. The advantage of the printed marbles is that you can print multiple ones in different colors, which looks very cool when the machine is running. However, due to the greater friction between the tracks, their movement speed is slightly slower than that of the steel balls.
The total amount of plastic needed to print this model is approximately 300 grams.

Instructions for use
Step 1
First, print the main body of the machine. Since this is a large object, the printing time will be relatively long. I used the S3D software to slice it, and printed it on the Duplicator i3 with a layer height of 0.25mm, a fill rate of 15%, and a printing speed of 50mm/s. The printing time for the main body of the machine alone exceeded 19 hours.
The files with the suffix lower_poly can adapt to software packages that refuse to read the original files because they contain fewer polygons. I haven't printed this file myself, but I think it should be fine. However, the effect may vary from person to person.Step 2
Print the screws, lids, and winding devices. They can be printed simultaneously, but if your print bed moves horizontally, it is recommended to place the screws in the center of the bed. The screw is a tall print model with a small surface area in contact with the bed, so ensure the model has good adhesion to the bed. I used glue sticks to print on glass and didn't encounter any problems. However, if your print model is prone to being knocked over, you can consider adding a little bottom edge, but make sure to clean the edges attached to the model, as
There might be a need for a bit of support under the groove of the winder, but I didn't print any support structures. I just need to remove a bit of filament from inside the groove, but this is a normal phenomenon.
Step 3
If you don't have steel balls of the right size, you can try printing some marbles. Make sure to print them at 100% infill and with a very fine resolution
