Horns are directly cut from 3D Dimensions "Doom Horn Demon Evil Devil Head Skull Decoration Collection" and modified to add mounting pegs. The spike prevents the horn from being able to spin after being secured by the mounting peg. They fit securely enough that I didn't have to use glue or other methods to secure.
