Nueva versión de la Snuff Case, AHORA CON CARCASA QUE OCULTA EL INTERIOR.

Para esta versión he optado por simular una PowerBand. Tiene un tamaño más grande que la versión anterior pero la llevas en el bolso con un cable enrollado y ya me la han visto 3 veces la policía y he tenido suerte en las 3 que no se han percatado de nada. 

Entran incluidas todas las piezas. 

Será necesario un poco de pegamento para la tapa frontal que se desliza, se imprime por separado el lugar donde se pegan 2 imanes de 5mm para ayudar a su sujeción. IMPORTANTE PONER LOS IMÁGENES, al principio parece funcionar bien sin ellos, pero se acaba desgastando y cuando menos te lo esperas se empieza a abrir con ellos tiempo, así queda solucionado.

También necesitará pegamento para la parte trasera de los usb, decidí hacerla por separado para facilitar la impresión ya que así se apoya sin problema en la placa y queda unificada la parte multicolor que reduce el tiempo de impresión 2 horas y la pieza sola se imprime en 26min.

La carcasa del snuff también desliza y disponen ambas de hueco para colocar un iman de 12mm (este si es opcional) 

Al abrir nos encontramos el tubo (esta vez está dentro la caja) en su compartimento junto con una tapa protectora que impide que que el material vaya loco si deja algo ahí preparado y lo mete al bolso.

También la carcasa cuenta con una junta para cubrir 360 grados la unión del snuff y su tapa. DEBERÁ USAR SOPORTES EN LA PARTE VOLADIZA DE LA JUNTA DE UNIÓN.

RECOMIENDO LIJAR LA SUPERFICIE DE USO Y DAR UN POCO DE RESINA EPOXI. Las tarjetas deslizarán solas y no se quedará nada pegado. 

EVITE IMPRESIÓN EN COLOR NEGRO, Un despiste puede salir caro 🤣

New version of the Snuff Case, NOW WITH A CASING THAT HIDES THE INTERIOR.

For this version, I've chosen to simulate a PowerBand. It's larger than the previous version, but you carry it in your bag with a cable wrapped around it, and the police have seen it 3 times and I've been lucky all 3 times that they didn't notice anything.

All pieces are included.

A little glue will be needed for the sliding front cover. The place where 2 5mm magnets are glued is printed separately to help secure it. IMPORTANT TO PUT THE MAGNETS, at first it seems to work well without them, but it ends up wearing out and when you least expect it, it starts to open over time; this way it is solved.

Glue will also be needed for the back of the USBs. I decided to make it separately to facilitate printing since it rests without problem on the plate and the multicolor part is unified, which reduces printing time by 2 hours, and the piece alone prints in 26 minutes.

The snuff casing also slides, and both have a space to place a 12mm magnet (this one is optional).

Upon opening, we find the tube (this time it's inside the box) in its compartment along with a protective lid that prevents the material from going loose if you leave something prepared there and put it in your bag.

The casing also has a gasket to cover the 360-degree union of the snuff and its lid. YOU MUST USE SUPPORTS ON THE OVERHANGING PART OF THE JUNCTION GASKET.

I RECOMMEND SANDING THE USE SURFACE AND APPLYING A BIT OF EPOXY RESIN. The cards will slide on their own and nothing will get stuck.

AVOID PRINTING IN BLACK COLOR, One mistake can be expensive 🤣
