This solves a problem of placing toll bottles in relatively shallow or narrow cup holder.

Print in PETG or a higher temperature plastic. Light colors are better as they would heat less in the car. Can print without support in upside-down position, but supports might be useful too. Secure the print with a brim, especially if printed with plastic that shrinks significantly. I'd advice to do it even with PETG.
