Print solid 100% infill in PETG - have the slots facing up when you print, no brim or supports needed.

Pandel had a great idea to use the spare needles for the 'CSM for Mom and You' to create a latch hook tool and I needed heel forks.. and then these were born! 

You will need pliers to put the needles in, trust me! The tolerances are VERY tight and you'll just hurt your hands if you try to do it without pliers (I'm the fool who tried haha). No glue needed, no shim needed and needles can be removed if need be. Grip both needles and install at the same time, do not do them one at a time, its easier to do them together.

I use 3 of these in combination with 500g heel weights I made for heels and toes.
