I was sick of hatches laying around so I designed this mount. It fits all medium sizes hatchets and axes. 

My hatchets are approx. 25mm thick (1")  and shoulder is 5.2 cm (2"). Mounting holes are 5 mm (3/16") - use countersunk screws.

Print flat on the print bed for maximal strength.
