my next one will be ABS or PETG. I used 4 walls, and 4 tops & bottoms. Seems pretty sturdy.
The mounting surfaces for the wheels are the same level as the bottom of the gate cross rail. It's made to fit a 2" x 3-1/2" rail. Slide the bottom pc on the gate, then snap the top piece in place to secure it. No drilling. The slots in the top pc are for a screwdriver to pry the top strap off for easier removal or replacement. The angled ends are slightly different than shown in the pics. I've also added material to the bottom for more strength, and I've added a few different size spacers in case your gate opens on a slope, as mine does.
You can use mesh tools in Cura to split the model into parts if you don't want to print them all at once.
