Drop-in replacement handle for the beige Remis blackout blinds used in many campers and caravans. The original on mine snapped; this part restores full function without changing the rail or spring assembly. Photos show the broken OEM pieces and the new part installed.

Print notes

Orientation: Print it on its side exactly as shown in the pictures/slicer screenshot. This maximizes strength in the stalk.

Project file: A .3mf project with my tuned settings is included.

Layer height: 0.15 mm

Fit & install

The part is designed for a snug push-fit on the original pin.

You can use pliers to press it fully onto the pin (support the backside so you don’t stress the rail).

After installing, make sure the blind moves freely.

Notes

Dimensions are matched to my Remis hardware; if your pin differs slightly, a small scale or hole adjustment may be needed.
