I want to design a modular and versatile solution. The idea is to use the same components, whether you want to place the spoon on the table or hang it under the table. It also needs to be printable on any model of Bambu, including the mini version. This is what I've brought!
Explanation:
For a single layer, you need:
- At least 2 bases. If you want to make a longer rack, for example, if it's more than 80 cm, please print one more to support the center. If you're printing on a small board like the Bambu Mini, please use a half-base.
- 2 x 23 mm broom handles - standard size.
Then, if you want to stack multiple third-party modules, you also need to link them, with six modules on each layer.
You also need 4 feet/hooks.
Finally, the key to assembling everything.
Tip: First print the key and connector, and check whether the tolerances match the machine. PLA has a key, and ABS has a stronger key. If it doesn't fit, please adjust the size of the key directly in Bambu Studio.
Happy printing!
I wanted to design a solution that is flexible in length and versatile in use. The idea is to use the same components to place the roller on the table or hang it under the desk. The solution must also be printable on any model of Bambu, including the Mini. And that's exactly what I did!
Explanation:
For a single floor, you need:
- At least 2 bases. If you want to make a longer rack, for example, if you exceed 80 centimeters, print an extra one to support the center. If you're printing on a small tray like the Bambu Mini, use a half-base.
- 2 x 23 mm broom handles - standard size.
Then, if you want to stack several layers, you also need connectors, six for each layer.
You also need 4 legs/hooks.
Finally, the key to assembling everything.
Tip: First, print the keys and connectors, and check whether the tolerances are suitable for your machine. There is a key for PLA and a key for ABS, and the shrinkage force of ABS is stronger. If not, please adjust the size of the keys directly in Bambu Studio.
A good impression!
