A simple exercising tool to help with push ups and can be used on any surface. This requires you to 3d print 4 pieces and assemble using 4 M8 screws (at least 30mm long) and a wooden (or metal) rod/dowel that is 26mm in diametre with a length of approximately (if wood, then it is not recommended to go over 200mm in length). Make sure to sand down the wooden rod to prevent any splinters or even better wrap it with grip wrap. You can also attach rubber pads on the bottom for better grip to the ground
