This is my one minute solution for an effective nozzle cleaning before each print. I was inspired by Marlin software which has part "nozzle cleaning". It was supposed to be a temporary solution since I saw other interesting cleaning things on Thingiverse. Surprisingly my dirty hack is so effective that i will end with it. It works for month of printing with the same tired sponge as seen on photo.
You need small piece of temperature resistant sponge - I used small cut of welding station sponge. Mine has 2x3cm. Attach it to the corner of bed using standard clip supplied with printer. Add "special" commands to startup sequence in your slicer (i.e. Cura--Settings--Printer--Manage Printers--Machine Settings--Start G-Code window). It should be after bed leveling, just before print. It may be at the very end of start G-code.

Remarks:
- Soaking the sponge seems to be even better, but it's not. Hot filament should stick to the sponge and stay there, which doesn't happen when it's wet and cold.
- adapt the code to your bed dimensions. Make tests without sponge and clip to prevent collisions. Or change "G0 Z3" to "G0 Z15" for coordinate testing. After success go back to "G0 Z3" which is 3mm above bed.
- search for "welding cleaning sponge". It is thin (2mm or so) but after soaking it "grows" to 5mm which is OK for this hack. Please use it after drying.
