The Phaetus Dragonfly BMO has a removable E3D clamp, once removed it has a M8 threaded insert that is larger than the PTFE tube.  I designed this 6.5mm deep M8 thread with 4.2mm inner diameter for the PTFE tube.  Additionally, I added a slot for a screwdriver to twist it into place.

Printed in eSun ABS Plus at 0.1-layer height, Voron print spec, and tree support.
