Only changes are I added two embedded 10x2mm magnets into the base and chamfered the bit openings slightly.

About 19 minutes into the print job (if you use my .3mf file) is a pause for inserting the two 10 x 2 mm magnets.

If you find the magnet pockets are too tight then upscale by 1 or 2% which should give enough space.
