I have a lot of accessories for my Kärcher pressure washer, all in different sizes, which makes it difficult to find a single bracket that fits everything. So I designed a movable universal solution that doesn’t require any supports.

To ensure that the moving parts could move freely, I printed the two models separately in PETG. First, I printed the accessory ring (“1”). I used 100% infill for the knobs that hold the parts together, while the rest of both parts were printed with 20% 3D honeycomb infill.

Next, I printed the wall mount and added a pause in the last layer at the holes where the accessory ring would sit. Then I flipped the accessory ring and placed it into the wall mount before continuing the print.
