You can simply take it out of the printer and use it without the need for additional support or any post-processing or hardware modification to the printer. Its design has been carefully optimized to effectively prevent any loss in Z-axis height.
Place it on the bed frame at a 45° angle according to the diagram to accurately simulate the actual stress state and ensure that the structural strength meets the optimal design requirements.

In short, the advantages of this solution are as follows:
(1) The supporting legs are fitted between the bed frame bearing and the bearing bolt by a press-fit method. This kind of close connection not only enables the supporting legs to be firmly fixed in place, but also ensures that the supporting legs and the bed frame contact surfaces fit tightly and connect seamlessly.
(2) The installation position of the fasteners must be strictly in accordance with the diagram, especially the fasteners on the side of the bed frame's cantilever. It is necessary to ensure that they are in close contact and firmly and reliably fixed. As long as they are installed properly, the entire structure will be extremely rigid and virtually unbreakable.
(3) The design took into full consideration the characteristics of PLA/PLA+ materials at the beginning of development, aiming to effectively avoid the cracking problems that are prone to occur when using such materials for printing in other design solutions. The core concept is to create a rigid and stable support structure that is closely connected to the bed plate, rather than relying solely on the pre-stress state to maintain the performance of the components.
For me and other users, just a few fasteners are enough to achieve a perfect installation, and the effect is completely different from that of an unsupported bed frame.
