Print Instructions:
Print the two halves with PLA, 3 walls, 25% infill, attach with four m3 6mm socket head bolts. As long as your tolerances are good the bolts should tap themselves into the bottom piece.
Design Details:
I made this design after discovering this game when on vacation in Hamburg Germany, we stayed at an Airbnb, found this game on a bookshelf and had a great time with it. After searching for one that we could ship to the USA the game board was great but the tops were terrible. Designed these to spin longer and knock the marbles adequately.
Rendered out a simple animation for fun, not necessary but everyone loves a good GIF :)
Game Description:
Tyrolean Roulette, also known as Spinning Top Roulette, is a classic game of luck where players spin a top to launch colored balls into scoring holes on a board. The game is suitable for families and is designed to be a fun table game. The larger size of some versions adds to the "significant" feel of the game.
How to play:
- Setup: Place the colored balls in the center of the board, typically a spinning top or wheel.
- Spin: Spin the top or wheel to launch the balls.
- Score: The balls will land in various holes on the board, each with a point value.
- Determine Winner: The player with the highest score after all balls have landed wins.
