Wrist camera holder for so101 gripper

Remix from: https://github.com/TheRobotStudio/SO-ARM100/tree/main/Optional/Wrist_Cam_Mount_Vinmooog_Webcam

I updated the base to match the 2 holes with hex nut of the new so101 gripper to better secure the camera
The mount was rotating in the original design that was fixed with only on screw
