Summary
After printing out a new spool holder ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1856666 ). I realized that my spools had a 52mm hole on one side and an inset 89mm on the other. Several of the spools are from Printrbot and have two different holes on them. Outer diameter 89mm, inner diameter 52mm, Height 10mm. The drawing was created in Fusion 360.
