This is a case for a Mux-25 mixer board from repeater-builder (http://www.masterscommunications.com/products/mux/mux25.html).

It has holes for the power cord and the Analog and Digital PTT ligghts.

It has been updated to include screw holes for 3 m2x6 self tapping screws.

It's a snug fit to get the Mux Board in, but it will stay put nicely.
