I am the original designer of the RAW 420 Hatch and decided to make this one available to you guys and gals!!!

This one is my latest one and all that is require is one PEN spring. I would recommend printing in the orientation shown as it will give you the best results.

Print in 100% infill (highly recommended) for strength and also make the support settings denser (I set mine to 70-80) so it provides a much better finish where the supports contacts the model.

About a 3/hr Print @ .2 LH and 80mm/S

You will have to move your battery connection back a bit to allow space for the battery cables. its a tight fit but it fits. Currently have it on my RAW 420 DD

Not compatible with the SAB battery system.

Assembly Instructions: Print. Insert spring into right pin, insert left pin, compress fully and snap in place in hatch.

Add support blockers to the edges as supports are not needed (as seen in pics)

You can use this battery tray designed to be used with this hatch.. It keeps the wires away from the hatch for easier use. 👍 ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6756441 )

PETG would be better suited but I haven't had any problems with carbon PLA. Just don't leave it anywhere hot for too long. It can deform.
