This is a replacement shell for the LiftMaster TX2/4EV remote, designed to work with the original rubber buttons and screw. Two versions are available: a solid model and one with a small cutout for viewing the LED indicator. For the cutout version, you can fill the cutout with UV resin and sand it to finish. The circuit board may sit slightly loose, so I'd recommended adding a few strips of double-sided adhesive (with the protective layer still intact) to cushion and secure it in place without sticking directly to the board.
