Summary
I mounted the stock mount on the bottom rail and added this above it and mounted the Z axis limit switch to it. Use a 3mm nut and screw with a 3mm locknut run down tight on the screw so when the locknut is turned the screw turns to adjust the limit switch as the adjustment screw sits on the OEM limit switch mount.
