The walls should be 3 layers thick, and the top/bottom layers should be 4 layers thick. The head will have to be printed upside down (AKA on the ears) with support. It will need to be scaled up 3 to 4 percent to fit lego's.

Once the head is complete, remove the support, then file where the support was. The back of the head will need to be filed slightly as well.
