Notes:
I use Blue painters tape put down on an aluminum bed washed with Windex. This makes the tape stick really well and produces very flat parts with no warping or tape pulling up. Start with the bed at 60C for PLA and at layer height 0.5mm turn it down to 45. This will keep the upper layers from warping the base. Run the first layer at about 15mm/sec to capture the fine outline detail of the logo letters. The rest of the print can be run at 40 - 60mm/sec.
Post-Printing
Removal from the printer bed
For part removal I let the bed cool all the way down (22C) and use a 3/4" chisel with the bevel side down to gently pry up at the edges. The parts pop right off the bed once I get about half way around. I have printed many of these in a row without having to replace the tape or re-level the bed.
