A simple 115mm lithophane lamp I made for the upcoming holiday season. I've made a few already for friends and for myself. Any LED light strip with adhesive backing should work, but I'll link what I used below. If you find the end of the strip isn't sticking how you like, I drop a dab of glue under it and hold it in place for a few seconds).
You can edit the files on TinkerCAD if you want to change anything (link here), or edit to your hearts content with whatever program you use for this sort of thing.
The top and bottom screw together with the rod (made removeable because it's much easier to wrap the lights around it without it being attached to something else).
For the frame, I print at .15mm layer height and 15% infill. I use fuzzy skin on the base and top, just because I like the added texture, though I've yet to figure out how to make it not apply to the inner ring.. oh well. The inner ring is intentionally a little loose so you can slide the lithophane around a little if necessary, to make the edges line up. My initial runs had a ring on the top as well that had much less tolerance and it's a pain to try and sand/resize everything perfectly, thus the reason for the smaller inner ring on the bottom, and no ring on top.
No supports for the top and bottom, the rod I use whatever default brim the slicer picks. I've had one fall over once but I blame that on my plate not being clean.
For the lithophane itself, I use ItsLitho and set it to cylinder. You'll just have to play around with the image in the edit panel to get them centered how you'd like.

NOTE: The 125mm height it based on the rod length, you can resize that how you want and just measure the distance between the two to get your new height.
For whatever reason, when I pull the stl from ItsLitho into my slicer, it changes the x/y size slightly, so I manually set them to 115. Just something to watch out for!
