This is a design of a housing to use the LED driver DPL110 (350mA, 10W) for a desk lamp.

The original power supply was broken and I did not find any suitable replacement.

Printing

• bottom, cover and 2x cablefixator should be printed with ABS, PETG, or similar
• grommets with flexible (TPU)

Assembly

• fixation of the DLP110:
  • 2x 2.9x6.5mm tap screws
• there is 2 types of grommets for 2 different wires:
  • 6mm round (typical power supply cable)
    • 2x 2.9x13mm screws
  • twin cable 2x0.75mm (typical low voltage cable)
    • 2x 2.9x9.5mm screws
• assembly of housing
  • 4x 2.9x9.5mm tap screws for the housing
