I took Aeropic's bracket for his fabulous ANET A8 optical z probe, and modified it so it works with the E3D Hemera hot end, using their mounting system.

All I did was widen a few bits, as the Hemera back plate is a bit thicker than the A8's carriage. When mounting, I put a very small strip of double-sided tape between the arm that goes down and the side of the mounting bracket. This is because I had to remove the tab that goes behind the carriage, which used to give it a little more stability. I don't know if the tape is necessary, to be honest!
