This brush replacement part for your Navibot vacuum cleaner robot is the base parse which you can screw into your robot.

I've printed this without supports at 0.10mm layer height using PLA and 15% infill.

After the print is done the ‘hairs’ of the brush need to be glued in into the holes that I've designed. They are angled so that your brushes go down from the body towards the ground. I have simply cut off one ‘pack’ of hairs of an existing brush (in the middle so the wife won't even notice 😉 ) and divided them in 3. Then each bundle I've inserted with super glue that is dry in just a few seconds and then I've cut them all to length (similar to the other original brush).

Next you can screw it onto your Navibot with an M3 x 12 or 18 screw (I think it depends on your type of Navibot) or if you still have it you can use the original screw.
