Someone asked if I already had this due to my other window quilt pulley upload, and it turns out it's one of the first 3d prints I designed from scratch back in 2015ish.

Turn on supports to print it, and give it lots of perimeters and infill for strength.

The original blender file is attached in the zip.

It has to be installed one way, with the ‘catches’ oriented to catch the rope. If it doesn't work, flip the idler 180 degrees and try again.


The large pulley for this same window quilt type (the one the rope is wrapped into) can be found in my other models as well.
