Compared to the version I uploaded before, this one has been optimized and improvedhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5172432
The new design is equipped with a snap-on flap, which can effectively prevent the clip from slipping out from under the belt loop of the pants.
The attached .stl file is suitable for a belt with a height of 30 mm and a thickness of 3 mm. You may need:
- Customize it with Thingiverse Customizer
- Or you can directly use the OpenSCAD source file
Generate an .stl file that matches your belt size
When using the Customizer, you need to first log in to your Thingiverse account. Enter your specific dimensions, and after about one or two minutes, the system will push your customized work to your profile. If you encounter a "script timeout" prompt, there's no need to worry—just ignore it. To delete a customized work from your profile: Open the work, click "Edit Item", scroll down to the bottom of the page, and delete it.
However, you don't need to register an account to use OpenSCAD.
As always, I have attached the OpenSCAD source file for you, so that you can modify and optimize it according to your needs:
- Fromhttps://www.openscad.orgDownload and install OpenSCAD
- Launch OpenSCAD, and then open the attached OpenSCAD source file
- Adjust the various parameters at the top of the file, and even directly modify the code
- Save your changes
- Render design
- Export the rendered design to formats such as .stl file
- Carry out the slicing process and start printing.
