Pipe used to hold clothes pole gets filled up with water when it rains, a potential mosquito breeding ground. Hence a small cup to cover over the pipe opening. 

It is meant to replace existing rubber cover.

I have printed in TPU, ABS and PLA. So far any material will work fine.
