When welding the various sections of the co-linear antenna, it is essential to avoid short-circuiting the inner conductor and the braided shielding layer at the joints between the sections. The spacer ring can effectively isolate the inner conductor and the braided shielding layer at the joints, while providing a certain degree of rigidity to the joints, thus preventing fatigue damage caused by repeated stress.
You may need to customize the size of the coaxial cable according to your own needs and import it into a specific .stl file.
- This can be achieved through the "Custom Tools"
- Or, you can directly adjust the relevant size parameters at the top of the OpenSCAD source file
====================================================================
As always, I have attached the OpenSCAD source files for you, so that you can modify and optimize them according to your actual needs:
- Please select from the following options:https://www.openscad.orgDownload and install OpenSCAD;
- Launch OpenSCAD and open the included OpenSCAD source file
- You can directly modify the various parameters at the top of the file, and even make adjustments to the source code itself;
- Save your changes
- Render design
- Export the rendered design to formats such as .stl file
- Carry out the slicing process and start printing.
