My boat hatch window had its bolts loosened after all the years of vibration and the bolts completely came off then the handles dropped in the ocean. It's very hard to buy the replacement as the hatch window are 20 years old.
I redesigned it and printed with PETG. it wont be as tight fit as the originally one. But it works
Additional Hardware required
2 M5x50mm 316 stainless steel bolts
2 30x3.5mm o-rings
2 25x3.1mm o-rings
6 316 stainless steel m5 washers
There are two parts, the peg and the handle. The pegs need to have one 30mm o-ring glued and another small 25mm inside of it around the actual peg. The whole thing are assembled with the two m5 bolts. I also included some design for the spacer just in case you have different depth. Dont over-install the spacer or the peg wont fit into the handle. There are two types of spacers, 3mm thickness and 1.5mm thickness. In my case, I needed two 3mm and one 1.5mm.
Make sure to use 100% infill and PETG
