I have 30 year old sliding glass windows and the covers are broken.  Could not find a source for replacements so built one from scratch.  Built in Onshape and took quite a bit of tweaking and 5 drafts to get it right.  The original cover was hollow on the inside but I designed it as a solid for better strength.  My first CAD model build.
