Summary

Updated on January 28, 2018: I've added a "wide version" design that can accommodate headphone headbands with a width of up to 55 mm. The original model only supports headphone headbands with a width of less than 45 mm.

Update note: The long screws can even securely fasten desktops with a thickness of just 1 mm. While this might seem like overkill, I want to offer users more flexible options to ensure everyone can find a solution that suits them. The original screws leave a 17-mm gap, so if your desktop or desk is less than 17 mm thick, it's recommended to switch to the long screws instead.

When designing this stand, I set three main goals: to make it more compact and sturdy, while providing a deeper groove for the headphone cable, rivaling the highly praised Monster Mouth headphone stand. Additionally, I paid special attention to removing all sharp edges to avoid scratching myself or damaging the headphone earphone covers during use.

Print settings

  No support is needed

• Resolution:

  0.25 millimeters

• Fill density:

  20%

• Remark:

  At a resolution of 0.25 mm, it took about 3.5 hours to print the bracket and the matching screws. From the perspective of strength, a fill density of 20% is sufficient to meet the requirements.
